1. Digital Products (e.g., "The AI-Powered Content Generator" Toolkit)

Due to the instant, digital nature of our toolkits, guides, and other downloadable products, we have a strict no-refund policy.

Once you have purchased and received access to these digital files, the sale is final. Because you receive immediate access to the intellectual property and the products cannot be "returned," we are unable to process refunds for any reason. We encourage you to review the sales page carefully before purchasing to ensure the product is the right fit for you.

2. "Done-For-You" Services (e.g., "The Signature Brand System")

Our "Done-For-You" services are comprehensive, hands-on projects that require a significant allocation of our time and resources from the moment of booking.

Project Payment & Deposit: Payment in full is required to begin the "Signature Brand System" or any other done-for-you service. This payment acts as a non-refundable deposit, as it secures your spot in our project schedule and covers the initial strategic and creative work that begins immediately after onboarding. For your convenience, we can arrange for the total project fee to be split into 2, 3, or 4 equal monthly payments upon request.

Services Rendered: Refunds are not issued for service hours that have already been completed. Once a project phase is complete and work has been delivered, the fees for that portion of the project are earned and non-refundable.

Project Termination: If you choose to terminate your project midway, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination, as outlined in your signed Service Agreement. Please refer to your specific Service Agreement for detailed terms on termination.
